Employee Spotlight - Drusell De Vose
Meet Drusell De Vose, Account Manager at AGAME Solutions, which is one of the first Leadership roles here within our company. Drusell started his career two months ago and has a bright future ahead. Drusell has been with our company for two months, during which he has already grown into a leadership position.
It’s tough to put Drusell’s importance into words, but we’re featuring him on our blog this month to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Drusell has quite a reputation amongst employees who know him as well as among our clients.
Drusell has always been a great helping hand from day one. He has been staying later and having high-quality conversations with customers to create great relationships. He also goes beyond his job description by using his personal time to help others hit their goals.
Drusell is unique because he routinely foresees the client’s needs and ensures that they’re met, making him extremely loved by clients. He invariably goes the extra mile, takes the initiative, and makes AGAME Solutions look good. When one of our customers was confused about how to go about applying for one of our discounts, Drusell could have simply handled everything on the phone. Instead, he set an appointment to meet with the customer in person in order to make sure they understood everything. The customer was so satisfied they asked for the manager’s personal number to compliment the services Drusell provided.
Drusell brings a strong sense of humor to the office. Whenever morale needs to be increased, then we can always rely on Drusell to bring a smile to people’s faces!
He has genuine care and love for AGAME Solutions, and we absolutely love the integrity with which he works.
When we asked him about why he loves working with us, he grinned and said: “Working at AGAME Solutions has been an experience that has brought many new experiences into my life. I am free to be myself, and there is nobody constantly micromanaging me. The environment also allowed me to become close friends with a bunch of my coworkers!”
