I’m Eric Williams Jr., the proud owner of AGAME SOLUTIONS.

I’ve always been a people person and was looking for a career where I could display my social skills and inspire others that were keen to get ahead. So I decided to join a marketing firm offering a high-performance leadership program.

Since joining the business in December 2020, it has grown substantially. We are now more team-oriented and driven to accomplish personal goals, team targets, and business objectives.

We also strive to create a work environment that provides training, development, and mentorship to people from all walks of life. I’m proud to contribute to upholding the core values of the organization.

Therefore, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty. It includes taking accountability for my actions, always behaving transparently, and promoting teamwork.

My team is passionate about marketing and they are motivated to be the best version of themselves each day. Their continuous improvement has created a competitive advantage and contributed significantly to my success.

As a result, it fills me with immense satisfaction when I can promote talented aspirants and empower them to grow quicker than they ever imagined. It’s rewarding for me to witness their hard work pay off.

When I’m not collaborating with my team, I like to play basketball. I played professionally for a while overseas, so it’s fun to compete against people when time permits. I also enjoy watching different shows, including Naruto, Sword Art Online, and Undercover Billionaire.

In addition, I care deeply about giving back to the inner city youth that lack access to opportunities. Therefore, I love to provide mentorship to different High Schools and Middle Schools within the area.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence how I do business.
