Employee Spotlight: Briana Lopez

Meet Briana Lopez, Team Lead at AGame Solutions. Briana has been working for us for about seven months and has a bright future ahead of her.

It’s tough to put into words Briana’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Briana has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her because of her being a positive influence on them.

Briana is known for always being the first to arrive at the office and for constantly striving to improve. In spite of what she accomplishes in a day, she tries to find a better or faster way to do it. Briana takes the initiative and makes sure that she can effectively develop other people to surpass her as a leader.

One example of when Briana went the extra mile is when it was time for everyone to leave for the day, but one of our newly hired employees didn’t want to leave until they hit their goals. Instead of Briana leaving, she decided to stick around for an extra forty-five minutes to help this individual hit their goals. This is the selflessness that makes Briana one of our top leaders in the office.

AGame Solutions values Briana’s work ethic and perseverance. No matter what kind of day Briana has, she is always able to accomplish what she needs to. We appreciate how serious Briana is about helping to develop leaders and working with others to achieve their goals.

When we asked her about why she loves working with us, she smiled and said: “Working at AGame Solutions has taught me more than I ever thought I’d learn. The environment is very positive and fun. The people here continue to help others get out of their comfort zone, learn more about themselves, and gain more knowledge, which is what I was looking for.”
